Coriander seeds

Coriander seeds is the dry form of cilantro or fresh coriander leaves. Coriander seed is a spice that traditionally used in cooking. Coriander seeds are widely used in the process of pickling vegetable in many countries such as, South Africa, Germany, Russia and Central Europe. Coriander seeds have a properties to make a cooking dish delicious and flavorful. Coriander also consider as an herbs along with the spice. Coriander seeds contains low level of vitamins but they are good source of dietary fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium and selenium. Due to having some medicinal properties in coriander seeds, they helps to lowering the cholesterol and blood sugar level. Some people are allergenic to coriander seeds.
